​In the single family home market, I connect buyers and sellers every day and I do it with professionalism and commitment to excellent service. Although the majority of my property transactions, by far not the only one in which I have expertise.

​While condos technically fall into the residential category, they have different needs and focus. I'm an expert at helping buyers and sellers cope with the special financing and homeowners needs of this niche. 

Multi-Family

​Being a landlord myself, investors find my knowledge and experience helpful. Multi-family properties are a unique market and I can help with the calculations and inspections necessary to ensure positive cash flow.
